After a decade of splitting his professional life between Auditing and Accountancy, Luciano Rodrigues founded Know2Grow in 2014. From the very beginning it has been our intention not to become just another accountancy company among many others, but to present our clients with an integrated vision at the financial, fiscal and business levels.

AL – Civil Liability Insurance
The Alojamento Local insurance is a civil liability insurance, specifically for AL’s, with specific conditions defined by law. It has been mandatory for years, but the law passed last October (Decreto-Lei n.º 76/2024, de 23 de outubro) implemented a requirement to register this insurance as proof that the AL is active.

Long Term Rentals – Rental amount update for 2025
The annual rent update coefficient for 2025 has been published, establishing a maximum increase of 2.16% in rent. We remind you that, except in cases where the Lease Agreement initially establishes the annual increase value, this is the maximum applicable ceiling.
